Refund policy
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give any reason. To exercise this right, email us at contact@padeloversclub.com with your order number and the items concerned.
Personalised items: non-returnable
Items personalised at your request (first name, team name, chosen text or design) are made especially for you. In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. They remain covered by the legal guarantees if they are defective (see below).
How to return an item
- Send your request by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Send the item(s) back within 14 days of your request, to: Padel Lovers Club – c/o Atelier Katanga, 5 chemin de Terrefort, 31700 Cornebarrieu, France.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging if possible.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or does not match your order.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days at the latest after receiving your request, using the same payment method as the one used for the order. We may wait until we have received the items (or proof of shipment) before issuing the refund. The refund includes the original delivery costs, based on the standard rate.
Defective item or order error
A printing defect, a damaged item or a size mistake on our part? Email us with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, return costs included. This also applies to personalised items. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
